Cancelation Policy

The Company reserves the right to accept a new registration on its website and allow cancellation of service(s) purchased and may offer a refund for one or more of the services, the registrant may have signed up for.


Cancellation by Registrant

1. Cancellations received before 48 hours of the date of service may be eligible to receive a 50% refund of booking amount after deduction of administrative cost determined by the Company for the particular service(s).

2. Cancellations received before 24 hours of the date of service may be eligible to receive a 25% refund of booking amount.

3. Cancellation within last 24 hours, no amount is approved for refund due to all bookings already would be in place.

4. All cancellation requests should be through an e-mail to with the registered email ID. No refund request will be entertained if it is from a different email id.

5. Refund requests must include the payment transaction details and other details as specified from time to time along with the reason for cancellation.

6. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card/ bank account/ other medium used for payment within 12 to 14 working days from the day of cancellation request was received.

7. Please note that in case, if assigned pandit ji reaches the puja venue as per scheduled and due to some personal/family reasons devotee does not wish or allow to conduct puja or service, no refund will be provided.

8. If the service(s) was provided as a part of a promotional offer, loyalty scheme or any type of benefits, there will be refund only to the extent of the actual money paid by the registrant.

9. If offers a Pooja Service we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing any product or services at our web site.

10. Few software glitches with the product or service occur sometimes: although all the products and services are thoroughly reviewed before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Team for approval ( only from the registered mail ID.

11. Management of Vedic Sandhan ( reserves the right to change the policy from time to time.
